At Sterling by Music Man, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, showroom condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team through the online portal or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Instrument

Carefully place the instrument back in its original protective case and factory box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and hangtags are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label securely to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
